Delivery is available to all Southern and Central Minnesota, Metro and surrounding areas, and Northern Iowa.  Further out may be available just ask. 

If you are further out of state, some items may be able to ship to your home.  All pricing and availability is different per item and requests can be discussed in store or over the phone.

Q) How much is your Delivery Service?

A) Quality furniture should not be a garage drop delivery left in the original packaging, unassembled and not inspected.  At Johnson Furniture we believe in Full Service White Glove Delivery!  (Our pricing has been the same since 2002! See map above) If you have any special requests for delivery or any questions at all just ask.

Q) If it is in stock how fast can I get delivered?

A) In town usually same or next day is available most of the time.

Out of town usually is next day up to a week.  In most cases we both can check our schedules and make it work when you need it!  

Q) How does Pickup work?

A) Your items will still be opened up, assemble if needed, inspect for any damage, wrap it back up and help you load. 

All items have to be opened up before pickup in the rare case something is damaged and to make sure it is in perfect condition before you bring it home.  Who wants to open up a box and be surprised by a damaged item? Yes…we don’t want that either!

Q) What is your Delivery Process

A) -Your furniture will be opened and looked over in our warehouse by our team to make sure it is perfect before it comes in your home.

-Blanket wrapped on our delivery vehicle

-Shoes will be removed and furniture placed in the spot you want it

-All packaging materials will be removed

-Removal of old furniture/mattress may be available for a fee on a per item basis.  Please notify store prior to delivery if you need something disposed of.

-Moving your existing furniture we can do if within reason.  Insurance does not cover this so we are not responsible for any damage to your item, walls, etc.  We are very careful, but things can happen.  We like to go above and beyond, but if you are unable to move your furniture ask in store or over the phone with your request and in most cases we can help.

Q) What Delivery window do you give?

A) We delivery Monday-Friday and delivery window of 2 hours or less.  In some cases we can accommodate exact times if needed if your schedule only allows you to meet us at a certain time.  Any special requests just ask!  

Q) Do I need to tip the delivery guys?

A) Tips are not included in the delivery fee but are encouraged for their hard work.  If you feel like they did an excellent job they would definitely appreciate the gratitude!
